Instead those involved in Back Office have in most cases the specific field and highly specialized for the field of competence (eg administrative, accounting, resource management, planning and control, etc.), since it must occupy the processing of applications, but also the definition of strategies and objectives in terms of sales, expansion of customer, marketing actions to be taken, etc. Between Front-Office and Back-Office must be a continuous flow of incoming and outgoing information from both sides: the Front-Office acquires all the information on the strategies to be implemented, and does them, and in turn communicate results to the front office and on the basis of the feedback data or reshapes establishes the strategies and future goals.
